Thought you might enjoy the site Carl. Was bored at work thought I'd type in soho vultures in a search. That one was the first one that appeared in the results.

There doesn't seem to be any good shots of Rene though. That guy seemed to have avoided photo shoots quite well. So much so that to this day I really have very little idea as to what he looked like.

On a side Rene note, I got an email from Buttz yesterday telling me a little bit about his time around Rene. Sadly, it echoes many of the drug stories that are out there. I get the idea that Rene may have been a lovely guy, but one who was a little "out there" and untrustworthy due to his use.

Yea i noticed that myself. Did have an interview or too with him from the press over here in the UK from back in the day. Might have to go have a look and see if I still have em.

Hows Buttz doin. Just had an email from Tyla letting me know whats happening with my order. Got the 2 dvds, Poet & Dragon, Fakin Kant & the new dogs cd (when its done) on order hadnt heard anything but he said to drop him my addy and he'll get em out to me.

Buttz is doing fine from what it sounds like. the man is quite the busy man with his antiques shop. Always very friendly in emails, and always a riot. I can usually count on there being one or two just flat out hysterical comments from him. Patience is the key with him though. He is busy beyond belief, and might take a few months to reply, but he always does. I swear though, if I lived around his shop, he would need to get the cops on me to keep me away. He has cool stuff in the shop, and his tales from the old days are friggin' brilliant!
